Vanishing Point tool not working right

Does anyone else have this problem? In Adobe Photoshop Beta, when using the Vanishing Point filter, the hand tool isn't working, and the image isn't lining up with the blue box (picture below). I've tried restarting it over and over, and nothing. Is this a bug?

I have the same problem in vanishing point filter where the hand tool only works in one direction and my image doesnt like to fill the page and when I paste in I have the marching ants in one corner and the artwork in another and to get it to work I place in the selection box ( this is also where any transforming happens) and then approve and go find the the actual artwork and put it in place. (see example)

I also upgraded to Sonoma OS on the mac studio with M1 chip (128GB) - Photoshop 2024
