Why is the latest version of ps bate in my creative only 0.23.4?

I see that others are 0.25 and I am still 0.23.4, why can't I use the latest version?

When I go to the Creative Cloud Desktop App and click on Updates, can you see Photoshop (Beta) v 25.0 and an Update link? If not what do you see or how are you trying to access the update?
