Dear Adobe team,
I'm currently having trouble accessing the new "Nano Banana (Beta)" feature in Photoshop, even though my permissions allow me to access it.
I use Photoshop through my school account, but we do n't have a central administrator to manage accounts or licenses. I received permission from my school to participate in the beta and use the feature, but it doesn't seem to be enabled at the moment.
Could you please check if my account can be granted the appropriate access or if there is a setting that needs to be enabled manually?
Thank you in advance for your support 🙂
MfG
Louis

Hi @Louis351332219ss8 if you have an EDU account, there is an administration process that someone must go through to grant the access. Whomever manages your software purchase or subscriptions should be able to do this via their dashboard.
Have them reference this page:

Hallo ich bin Einzel-User. Vor kurzem war die Nano-Banana-Funktion in Photoshop Beta aktiviert. Jetzt nicht mehr verfügbar. Warum? So eine wichtige Funktion raus nehmen ohne den User zu Informieren geht mal gar nicht. KI von Adobe generiert zu viel Müll und unbrauchbare Bilder.

@Thomas35251461qtcu it appears that your CCPro has been closed. We do not manage that information or are able to do anything about that but please reach out to the customer support channel to see what your options are.
