Ability to work on local files in Ps on the web

Here's my idea for improvement: ALLOW ME TO COMPLETELY TURN OFF YOUR CLOUD SAVING AND LAUNCHING CRAP FROM MY COMPUTER. 

"Cloud" is just another word for "Someone else's computer" and frankly, I don't trust ANY COMPANY to toss my stuff in the "Cloud." I saved this document by mistake - but it was YOUR FAULT for making the option available to me in the first place. I DO NOT EVER WANT TO SAVE TO THE CLOUD, OPEN IN THE CLOUD, OR DO ANYTHING IN THE CLOUD.

Sorry you are seeing this @nerpity and happy to add your suggestion for the team.  To be clear,  are you looking for local only save workflow?  Do you have a desktop version of Ps, would your preferred workflow be from desktop to web then back to desktop?

Happy to share this with the team, we want to make sure we understand the desired workflow so we capture this correctly.
