Fill image end result help

I am trying to build a page that is completely filled with a randomly tossed photos that I have taken and using this image as a background page to use in making an online book.  I have completed a random fill page that I like---however, when I click 'OK' on the fill that I like, where did that 'OK' image go?  I need to try to save it as a jpeg or some other image file to upload it for making the online book. Thank you for any help.
