Hi, I just upgraded my phone and thought that the PsC studio pictures (not the ones saved to my phone) would show up if I just logged into my account on the new phone.

I don't see anything on any of my accounts, any idea to why this is? Thanks  (I'm on Android)

Hi Macchy,

Thanks for reaching out with your question about your lost photos.

I am sorry to hear that you have lost your photos after switching to your new phone.

Which device and model do you have?

Photoshop Camera Studio or PsC Studio is the default view in the All Photos gallery. PsC Studio serves as a temporary workspace used to edit your photos and apply various lens effects.

A photo captured in Photoshop Camera gets saved to your PsC Studio directly and not on your device's camera roll. Unfortunately, your photos will not be saved on your device and not sync photos with your account.

Photoshop Camera does not upload users’ photos to the cloud so we cannot sync across devices as of now.

We would love to hear your thoughts on improvements and encourage you to submit them to the Photoshop Camera Feedback Forum here: https://photoshopcamera.uservoice.com/

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you,

Jenny
