Photoshop Camera iOS 15.1. iPhone 11 - Drop Down Options Problem

1. Options: Tap to find options —Aspect Ratio, Flash, and Settings drop down and become visible but they are all unresponsive to taps excepting to hide and hide all. Unable to access my settings is particularly problematic.

Any help would be appreciated.
