Photoshop não abre vídeo

Meu notebook tem o Windows 10, instalou o Photoshop e contanto que o aplicativo seja para 32bit eu consigo instalar sem nenhum problema. Inclusive tenho o QuickTime Player pro.

Porém ao abrir qualquer vídeo no photoshop aparece "Não foi possível completar o seu pedido porque o Photoshop não é compatível com vídeos nesta versão do Windows"

Unfortunately, Photoshop Camera currently does not have this feature to support videos.
