Hi imnaman,

Thank you for reaching out! We are sorry to hear you’ve been experiencing some device issues.

Your pictures are not saved on Adobe Creative Cloud.

By clicking the capture button, we don’t save photos directly into your mobile device Camera Roll/Album. A photo captured in Photoshop Camera gets saved to your PsC Studio directly and not on your device's camera roll. Any photo available in PsC Studio retains the power of being edited again and again as the applied lens effects are saved as layers. You will need to click the "Save" button to save photos directly into your Camera Roll (iOS)/Album(Android).

To learn more about saving your photos, please visit our article on "Save your photos and share to social" help resource here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-camera/using/save-share-photos.html

Another option, you can turn on the Save Original to Camera Roll option to save original photos taken with Photoshop Camera to your camera roll when you press Save.

To learn more about source images, please visit our article on “Manage app settings” help resource here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-camera/user-guide.html/photoshop-camera/using/app-settings.ug.html

Can you please provide more information about your device?

  • Software Version
  • Device Model
  • Model Number
  • Which lens caused this issue when taking a photo?
  • What are the steps you took?

Please include more details and relevant screenshots of the issue.

Your submission will be sent to the team for review. We look forward to your response.

Thanks!

Jenny
