I am on the latest version of Photoshop right now and I have a RTX 3060, 16GB DDR4, 1 TB SSD.
And the 3D Panel is nmot showing up even after I turn Graphics Processor on.

3D is removed from the current version of Photoshop. The last version recommended for 3D was v22.2
