Hello I searched a lot about this topic, but can't find anything.

Since the update for Photoshop 26.3. I dont have the option anymore to add a new layer, the blending options also disappeared; like the whole bar is no more.

How can I add thm again? I can still finde them in the menu or via shortcut, but that is just tedeous...

Am I missing something?

If that doesn't help, try manually resetting your Photoshop preferences

Remember to back up your settings before doing the preference reset
