Hi @IlgarGracie 

 

Try the following: 

  1. Go to Preferences/Technology Preview and check "Disable Native Canvas" - Restart Photoshop. 
  2. If you hold down the Alt key when you select Filter > Liquify... does it work correctly without crash?

Can you describe problem with Liquify filter? We need more details about problem and perhaps about hardware. Describe problem and post content from Help > System Info.
