alt color picker funtion is still slow

In Photoshop 26 ver, the function of holding down Alt to use the color picker is still slow. Updating both the graphics driver and Wacom driver to the latest versions has slightly improved the speed, but it is still too slow to work comfortably.

It still stutters and lags, with random dots appearing during operation and the color picker not working properly.

Does this also happen with »Show Sampling Ring« unchecked?

Grasping at straws, but does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
