Black Pop Up Window Freezes Photoshop

When I open PS after about 30 seconds a black empty pop up window appears and freezes the program. This has happened out of nowhere. I have reinstalled, cleaned the registry, my documents etc. It still persist. Is this familiar to anyone here?

Hi @John26541908c877 try updating to version 24.5. If you cannot or are experiencing the same issue, go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.
