Black to transparent gradient saving in 1/2 artboards in same file saves incorrectly used

When I go to save an artboard (save or export) that I have used a transparent to black gradient in, it completely messes up the image and goes crazy with the effect. Here are the images of what I save vs what I see in Photoshop:

This seems like a bug.

The second artboard in the image is very similar but does not have the same problem despite having layers copied from one to the other just moved around and resized a bit. (One that looks fine is bigger image.)

If you would like to take a look and offer suggestions on how to resolve or if you want to tell me if this happens on your computer also. Just uncheck the instagram artboard to hide it and save the twitter artboard and when the save dialog box comes up, you can move it to the side and see that it's already happened. It looks like that at that point so it saves like that. It does not happen on the other artboard.

Does anybody know what this is? The green box. I think it's part of the problem but I have not figured out what it is.

The green box has something to do with the other artboard. I figured that part out. I think I can ignore it.

This happens even in latest beta. I have also figured out if I click the box in gradient controls for reset alignment, it also does it... although when I'm doing save, it's temporary and when I do reset alignment it's permanent. The temporary is fixed by just hiding/showing a layer and voila, it's gone. The other, I must move the gradient line to fix.
