Blank black screen

When starting the lastest Photoshop on my mac I am getting a blank screen - I can't open anything at all. It is just a black screen with nothing on it.. help!

I have tried taking off the graphics processor with no success and have tried unistalling and logging out of creative cloud but nothing is working at all

Any ideas??

If you restore your preferences using this manual method does it work correctly?

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.
