Hi All
I have been having the blue screen of death with Video DXG KRNL fatal error message. This did not used to happen and has just started over the last 2 months. I have checked that my Nvidia driver has latest driver & windows is up to date + many other things. I,ve checked photo shop GPU compatabilty in help This all ok too with green ticks.
Has anyone else expierenced this problem? Is there a fix? How do you contact photoshop technical support?
Note: BSD only happens when using photoshop.
Any help would be much appreciated.
