Bug again while panning/zooming (with spacebar) using Wacom

Photoshop V25.91 (any V25). When using spacebar to panning the canvas freezes.Can't do anythingk.

I have tryied disable the flick panning and windown inks. The Bug still here!!!!

But it will work fine in V24 and Beta version.

When ADOBE CAN FIX THIS BUG!

@hee_chong I'm not seeing the issue on my system with Photoshop version 25.9.1, when using the spacebar with a Wacom Intuos Pro tablet, have you tried manually resetting your Photoshop preferences
