I have this bug, what could it be?, I checked the video card and it is updated, it is an rx 570. the memory is 12gb. I've tried to go back to some version of photoshop but the bug still persists
Hi @murilo.dg that is a graphics card issue not a bug. The solution is to go to Photoshop Preferences/Technology Preview and check “Disable Native Canvas”. Restart PS.
If that does not resolve, go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.
