Bug with uneven pixel dimension objects and fine lines in combination with rotation

I can't seem to replicate that when using a vector shape with a 1px stroke and viewing at 100%, 200%, 300% or 400%. Values in between can look uneven but that is the interpolation of the preview not the actual image

Can you post the PSD you're demonstrating with so we're comparing apples to apples? (link to cc files or dropbox)
