My Photosop canvas workplace screen keeps slowly scrolling to the right in a very distracting and glitchy way. When I move my cursor away, such as to the layers tab, it stops. If I use the Move Tool to grab onto the canvas and move around, I can tell that the canvas wants to keep moving because it starts jittering every so slightly. This started happening right before the new Photoshop update and the update did nothing to alleviate its effect. The Overscroll option is already clicked off. Anybody have any idea what's going on?
