cc library element disappear after saving them in cc library

Dear people,

Since 10 days my library does not work anymore.

I can make a library item and use it in several places.

But...

when I open the library item, change it and re-save it, it gets lost.

Its completely gone. Not visable in the library, not online.

I lost several important designs this way.

Can yo uplease help me?

Hi @Barmul

Just curious if you may be using two different Adobe IDs. We've seen this before and wondering if that could be the issue here.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

The library issue is not only in Photoshop, but also Illustrator.

I put sth in the library, Ichange it and than: empty.
