With the Photoshop 2025 update, all of my ICC profiles have been renamed to ASUS_*  (which is more or less gibberish) when accessing the devices to simulate drop down menu in View/proof setup/custom. How can I get the original names back?

I figured it out. Photoshop reads a subdirectory of "C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color". I deleted the subdirectory and Photoshop now reads the correctly labeled ICC profiles.
