Depth Blur neural filter as administrator

Version: Photoshop (23.0.1) Platform: Windows 11 last  version

Hi

Any time I try the Depth Blur neural filter, I have to run Photoshop as administrator.

How to avoid this issue ?

Checked with Neural Filters team. They should run in non-admin accounts. Are all the filters failing? Does landscape mixer work?
