Ive been experiencing frequent crashes while attempting to draw using photoshop im unsure of any common cause aside from a selection box appearing on screen before the applciation locks up and is forced to be shutdown by task manager. It generally occurs either during brushstrokes or undos with ctrl-z.

GPU is good enough. The only weak spot I can see id in available memory what depend on many things. Open task manager and try to monitor memory whether you are running out of it while using Photoshop as usualy.

Hi @Jessica24781290ru9q there are a number of issues at hand here:

1. You only have 27G free in your scratch disk. This is not enough - as you work PS maintains temp file/history using up HD space. This will only give you minutes working in PS before you lockup. I would recommend starting at 50 GB free space - 100+ is better.

2. You have to GPU installed and the UHD 630 is underpowered. Follow the directions here to resolve:

As others have pointed out some issues with your setup, another is your settings for RAM to be used by Ps... it is reccomended that it be set to 70%

Yours: Memory used by Photoshop: 90 %

Please try this and other ideas offered here and let us know if that solves your issue.
