Export As... dialog box after clicking "Export" has incorrect action button

Not a show stopper, but the dialog box after clicking "Export" in the "Export As..." window has the wrong text on the action button. The action button says "Open" when it should really say "Export." See attached image.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Looks like it was just a Finder bug. Relaunched Finder today—as I have to do several times a week ever since moving to Ventura :(—and now it says "Save" like it should. No Photoshop bug here! (Apple, on the other hand...)
