I have a file with several layers, and I used 'Export As' to export a full resolution and a half resolution verison of the file. One or more of the layers in the half resolution version weren't resized. The full resolution version looks fine.

The original photoshop file is a few gigs.

Hello, I reset my preferences and the same thing happened.

This doesn't seem to happen on every file I export at multiple resolutions. Just one of the files

I'm guessing you are working with smart object layers because we have a known issue that occurs when they have transformations applied and then get scaled in Export As. Basically, the transforms which were applied to the smart object get multiplied. So, if you moved the object down and to the right a little, it gets moved further down and to the right in the scaled version, often moving it off the canvas. We're working on a fix for this, so for the time being, doing things like rasterizing the smart object layer or flattenting the image before export will prevent this from happening.

@defaultibd6nd880ry0 Can you confirm whether the layers that aren't being scaled correctly are Smart Object layers as @BrettN pointed out above?

Can you try 23.1 and let me know if you're still having trouble? There were some fixes for exporting images with nested smart objects.
