Export for web (Legacy) - The operation could not be completed

Hello All,

I'm having thi bug coming up when trying to Export for web (Legacy).

I'm running Photoshop 24.4.1 on macOS Ventura 13.3.1 (a)

I've seen previous posts about a similar issue, so far I've tried to:

• Update the latest version of Photoshop
• Unistall - reinstall
• Press Option + Command + Shift to reset the preferences
• Update the OS

Does anyone knows how to solve this please?

Hi @Livio_The_Lazy_Dog try resetting your preferences manually (not using the shortcut):

Hi @Livio_The_Lazy_Dog Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.
