Font preview being cut off

Has any one had an issue with the font preview being cut off (see attached image) ..... it dosent matter if its the top nav bar or one i have on the right hand side....as soon as i start scrolling through the font list and the names get slightly longer than the window they get cut off, i cant seem to resize the window. If i keep the font preview at small i can see the full font but thats not ideal for browsing....its like the window dosent resize to accomodate longer font names

I see no problems, even with the Font Preview set to Huge. Have you tried using the Type tool or resetting your preferences?

By the way, what version of Photoshop are you using, and what are your machine specifications? It might be helpful to copy and paste the content from Help > System Info here.

Hi..yeah this is near enough a brand new installation of photoshop a week or so ago because i was having another issue with it crashing...i think that may be a graphics card issue, since someone suggested unchecking 'use graphics processor', touch wood, ive had no crashes.....could it be the graphics card not playing nice with the UI?  Card is an AMD Radaeon RX 6800
