Free Transform Tool - 2024 : Enter not working to lock my transform

Hey, 

Since I only find outdated discussion about the free transform tool I try to ask a new question about photoshop:

As an illustrator I constantly use 'ctrl T' Free transform tool to scale/move/rotate sections and sketches in my composition.

Since a few months a cannot lock my change with Enter and the selected part keeps floating as I hover .

This only happens with a cintiq tablet drawing with a pen.

I use multiple tablets, drivers and workstations. Same thing. Colleagues experience the same thing.

Reached out to Adobe Agents allready for 2 times, no help. Only "You should update your driver"

This is driving me nuts.

Please help!
