Fresco vector files distort when resizing in Photoshop

Hi all,

it's impossible for me to report a bug in my country, the whole report side is not working so I'm hoping someone from Adobe sees this.

When exporting Fresco files that have vector layers into Photoshop, resizing the image or scaling it distorts the proportions in random ways. I have to manually go into every vector layer and fix this. See my video attached for an example.

I can make the layers pixel layers, that usually solves the problem but defeats the purpose of the vector layers.

Hello @vikunia,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing more details, like the OS/Photoshop version installed on your device, your device's make/model, and a public link to a sample file (https://adobe.ly/4cXVF9t) so we can better assist you?

Note: While sharing the file, kindly make the link public and enable the option to Save a Copy under Link Settings.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Hi Anubhav,

sure I have a MacBook Pro from 2018, macOS Ventura 13.6.6 and Photoshop Version 25.9.1 installed.

Here's the file https://photoshop.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:EU:3f6070ba-021d-47d3-9a61-a4a5956451aa

Thank you

Hello @vikunia,

Thanks for sharing the details. I tried replicating this on my end but was unable to do so. Would you mind sharing a screen recording of your workflow, including your selection in the layers panel before resizing (https://adobe.ly/3Wp22gB), so we can investigate this further?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav

Sure! To make it easier I just resized the whole file, this way the selection of the layers is not relevant.

The second view after resizing is just cmd + Z, so the previous image (I didn't record this properly)

@vikunia

We can't see all of your layers. Can you check to see if any are locked?

Hi Jane, none of the layers are locked, also the vector layers distort in a random way and not proportionally even though everything else (the pixel layers) is scaling proportionately.

Hello, I was wondering if there's a solution for this problem yet? It also happens when I change the mode from RGB to CMYK without even touching any layers or moving them
