Generative fill is greyed out - it was working before and suddenly stopped working!

Iam using the last version of Photoshop. On Windows latest version.

I use the Generative fill multiple times per weeks since many months, always worked.

Suddenly, its now greyed out since two days.

My Firefly credits are almost full.

I have no option for date of birth since iam on a corporative licence.

I see multiple posts about this and no fix, do something Adobe!

Hey, @billybob5306. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I've reviewed the account you've used to log in to the community, and I found an active enterprise subscription.

 

Is this a personal machine, or does an IT team manage the device? If yes, ensure all the Adobe Network endpoints are whitelisted.

You can try using Photoshop Web (https://adobe.ly/3WkhVFm) on an alternate device & internet network to rule out it is a network issue.
