Generative filling does not work

Hi, generative filling in Photoshop is not working. Does anyone know what happened?

I have the same issue with gen fill, I just keep getting an orange error box saying "we've encounted an issue and can't complete your request at this time. please try again later" This has been off an on all day and the contact assistant to try and speak to an agent is rediculous and cannot get hold of anybody, it left me waiting for 30 minutes and then ended the chat before getting to a human
