guias deshabilitadas en photoshop

Las guias no aparecen en photoshop, aparecen deshabilitadas.

They are working OK here with Photoshop v26.4.1 and Windows 11 Pro.

You could check the settings in Preferences > Guides, Grids & Slices. If they are OK but you still have the issue I would try a Preference reset. The overall preferences contain a lot more than just the user settings, they are saved each time Photoshop closes, and any corruption can lead to odd behaviour. Save them first though so that you can restore them if resetting does not resolve the issue.

El problema no se ha solucionado. Trabajo la version 26.4.1 y windows 10.

He vuelto ha restaurar la version que tenia en preferencias.

El problema lo tengo tanto en un PC como en una Laptop
