Hi @Eduardo2534519162qa, Welcome to the Adobe Photoshop Community forums! Let's try a few things to help you troubleshoot this issue.

  1. Uninstall Photoshop: Windows: Open the Control Panel and go to Programs and Features. Find Adobe Photoshop in the list, select it, and click Uninstall. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the uninstallation.

  2. Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool: Download the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool from https://adobe.ly/3YCw1SU Run the tool to remove any remaining files and settings related to Photoshop

  1. Reinstall Photoshop: Open the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app. If you don't have it installed, download it from https://adobe.ly/4jhhm7T. Sign in with your Adobe ID. Find Photoshop in the list of available apps and click Install.

  1. Update Your Operating System
Windows: Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates. Install any available updates.
Mac: Go to System Preferences > Software Update and check for updates. Install any available updates.

Additional Tips

  • Update Software: Ensure that both Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app are updated to their latest versions

  • Check Permissions: Make sure Photoshop has the necessary permissions to access and modify files on your computer. On macOS, you can check this in the System Preferences under Security & Privacy

  • Clear Cache: Clear the cache in Photoshop by going to Edit > Purge > All

If you're still experiencing this issue, please send some screenshots or screen recordings of the issue. Hope this helps! ^CH
