In the last two updates I have found an issue with printing directly from photoshop well working on a project. Normally I print 8x10 with 1000DPI and could print multiple job after eachother. Now any time I try to print with 720DPI  or higher Photoshop crashes well trying to pull up the print settings window. What is doing on? I have uninstalled my epson drivers and uninstalled photoshop and reinstalled. I know my Epson drivers are not the issue because I can print straight from my files or photos. One right after the other with other software and basic drivers. I am only having the problem in Photoshop. Once again the issue is once I hit print Photoshop crashes with any project that is 720 DPI or higher. Any advice?

Hi @Matthew30644800cibm try holding down the space bar when going to File>Print. It will reset the print preferences.
