This shifted pixel effect is only happening in the middle of the screen. If I drag the line a litte above or below, it starts looking normal again. It's not my monitor's issue, both Cs6 and krita works fine.
Hey, @sachin_9185. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out. Please share the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload & attach here.
I'll move this to discussions for now. Try this:
Go to Photoshop > Settings (CMD + K) > Performance > Advanced Settings > Disable 'GPU Compositing' & restart Photoshop.
Check if it helps & let us know how it goes. Thanks!
Hey, I've attached the file you asked for. A little update: This screen tearing issue is now happening in both Photoshop 2024 and Photoshop Cs6. In photoshop 2024, it happens in the full screen with menu mode and in Photoshop Cs6, its happening in the standard mode. I've tried turning on V-sync from nvidia control pannel but the issue persists.

Hey, @D Fosse. What do you mean by 100%? If you're asking whether if photoshop is maximised, then yes. The issue is still there at 100% zoom as well. It only happens in second screen mode.
I think you need to explain precisely what you're doing to get this result.
I am absolutely unable to replicate this pixel shift in any way, with any form of diagonal lines like you posted. Also, I have never heard of anything similar.
My guess is that this is a GPU bug, especially since you now say you see it in CS6 as well. And you still have not posted system info from v 25, only CS6.
