I cant LOG in CC account on the apps

i, trying to log in on my accounts, on my desktop on photoshop our light room, and the windowm that pops up with mail and passwords dosent come up, so i cant log in to use the apps, its a pain on the chill right now ! already try to restar pc, unistall all apps, delete files on app data, and the problem still mantain, cant open my apps =S

Hey, @Mariano Rebolo. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. 

 

If it is a personal machine, try these steps. Try these steps & report back with what you find:

1- In the Creative Cloud app, press CTRL + ALT + T (Win) to launch Creative Cloud Troubleshooter & select 'Close Creative Cloud and related processes' > click on Go.

2- Windows - Press Windows + R to open the Run Window. Type in %temp% and delete files or folders with 'NGL' in their names.

3- Restart the computer. Sign in to Creative Cloud again & check if the issue exists.
