I have not contacted the manufacturer of the tablet but I have deleted and re-downloaded the driver for the tablet but the problem persists. I was using Photoshop CS6 before, but today I downloaded Photoshop 2023 and started to have this problem. At first I had a pressure problem with my graphic pen, which I fixed by going into photoshop files and disabling Windows Ink in PSUserConfig.txt. But after doing this, I think these lines started to appear. When I take out the tablet and try to draw only with the mouse, I can draw easily without any problem.

@Murat29932144pvgh if you disable WinTab in PSUserConfig.txt, be sure to enable Windows Ink in your XP Pen settings. Give that a try and let us know how that works. 
Alternatively, if you use "UseSystemStylus 0" in PSUserConfig.txt, then uncheck Windows Ink in XP Pen settings.

PSUserConfig.txt file was not installed in the 2023 Photoshop file and I created a new text document and did it that way. There was no code related to WinTab in it, I just pulled the UseSystemStylus 1 code to 0.
