Liquify tool still unusable in PS 25.3.1

Bug: the pointer/cursor jumps all over the place in the Liquify tool, making it unusable.

Situation: 

Photoshop 25.3.1 / Mac 14.2.1 / MBP M3 Max 36gb 1tb

Adding this in the hope that Adobe will attend to this bug sometime. It's a real world problem.

I hoped very much, that update to 25.4.0  could solve the described Problem with liquify, but it does not. I uninstalled PS completely  and started a new installation. The bug is still the same. Hope Adobe takes care for this soon, otherwise I will have to try other softwareon my IMac 2020  AMD Radeon Pro 5700XT

For those who stuck with this issue the only solution so far is this (Mac) :

1. move the cursor all the way up the screen (where the Menu is)

2. start Liquify filter with a shortcut Shift+Cmd+X
