Hi! 

I tried many times to launch liquify this morning and nothing is happening... Instead, photoshop is freezing and I cannot access anything... Did you have this problem in the last week? Thank you

@ameliePhoto try manually resetting your Photoshop preferences

Remember to back up your settings before doing the preference reset

If that doesn't help, can you post your Photoshop system info, in Photoshop go to Help > System Info, hit the copy button and paste the entire thing into this thread

Also, what are your computer specs, do they meet Photoshop's system requirements
