Adope Photoshop, Windows 10/64
I open Photoshop. Photoshop asks me to login. I log in, the credentials are correct. The login window pops up again immediately, Photoshop unusable. I try another email address (I have a full cloud subscription and a Photoshop subscription): exactly the same.
Support chat is closed without any answer whatsoever after the support agent told me he had to look into my account. Additinal support ticket in account is closed without any help or explanation whatsoever. Now support ist closed over the weekend and I cannot use the software I pay for. I wonder if this abysmal support is what I pay all that ridiculous cloud subscription money for? I also wonder if Adobe wants to actively drive me to Affinity.
