MacOS red stoplight not showing unsaved changes in Photoshop

On the latest version of Photoshop 25.4.0 on MacOS Sonoma 14.3, when you have an edited document, the red stoplight in the menubar does NOT indicate an unsaved change with a dot in it.

This is what it looks like with an open document that has an unsaved change in 25.4.0:

This is what it is supposed to look like with unsaved changes, and how it does look on PS 25.3.1:

It seems that with the Application Frame on and Tabbed Document Windows the dot does not show, however with Floating Document Windows the dot does show.

In photoshop 2023 (ps ver 24.7.2) the dot shows regardless of whether the Application Frame is on and floating or tabbed document windows.

This is with macOS Sonoma 14.3

Yup, same behavior here.  Thanks for testing this.  I always use the application frame.

I've never noticed this before. I've always looked to the document tab to indicate if a file has not been saved. The asterisk * at the end means it has not.
