Assuming you have the correct system specs, I suggest you reset the Photoshop preferences, which you can do under the General tab in Photoshop preferences (then closing and reopening the application).

Can you provide more details please? It is closing after opening it and doing what? Are you able to open image or it closes when opening image of after or... If you can start application can you post content of Help > System Info?

Does it work correctly? 

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back. 

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
