Issue: Having Photoshop open causes the mouse cursor to flicker distractingly in Mac OS
Provide Photoshop version: 24.7, but issue has been in Photoshop for about 6 years
Provide OS and version: macOS 13.4.1, but it has been present for half a decade
Issue: Provide good steps to reproduce the behavior:
Step 1: open Photostop and tinker around with a file
Step 2: open Illustrator
Step 3: observe the mouse cursor acting insane, making it difficult to work
Expected result: Mouse cursor does not flicker,
Actual result: Photoshop causes mouse to flicker between the tool cursor and the OS cursor
This problem has been occurring for many years, any update on a fix?
