When I move the slider in the Navigator panel to zoom in and out, the Navigator view blanks out. The work surface zooms as expected, but the Navigator does not show the view or the red rectangle until I release the mouse button.
I didn't see this before Photoshop 24.5; it still happens in 24.6
I can refine the symptoms a little. It's not only a mouse up that triggers the Navigator panel to refresh the view. Keeping the mouse still with the button down for about 1 second also does it.
