neural filters not working

I am getting this when trying tu use neural filters....gpu drivers update and all good.  ive tried it with and without gpu and still no luck!!!

Im at a loss......  help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On my side that filter is available for download. Filter works properly. Latest 24.0 Photoshop on Win 10 with latest updates.
