Contract NIK, it's their bug (not correctly following PS plug-in specs). 

You can try rolling back a version of so of PS and see if that works, which indicates again, NIK needs to update their product as plug-in architecture is a moving target. 

If you wish to roll back to an older version, use the Creative Cloud application, click on the three dots (...) and select “Other Versions”.
