non mi fa accedere a photoshop

sto regolarmente pagando la quota mensile per adobe photoshop e creative cloud.

Ma da qualche tempo non mi fa accedere alle applicazioni che sto comunque pagando.

Ho provato a cercare assistenza ma non trovo il canale.

Qualcuno mi può aiutrare per favore?
