P: Arrow keys not working in textfields in Photoshop 3.4 on iOS 15.3.1

When editing text in photohsop on ipad pro the arrow keys do not function to move the curser. Arrow keys function everywhere else. Tested with Smark Keyboard Folio, bluetooth keyboard, and usb keyboard, all had the same issue.

The issues is only present in Photoshop. arrow key text navigation works in Illustrator and Fresco with out any issues.

You'd think this would be a P1 bug, like when four totally essential keys on the standard keyboard are not working at all in a product... six months later, and the cursor keys are still not working on iPad Pro keyboard. Remarkable.
